Hi, Today I received a claim form with the claimant being Lowell portfolio saying I owe Ј500+ for a debt from many years ago from capital One. In the top right it says In the 'County Court Business centre', below it it gives the court address and below that a seal which doesnt look real to me. The seal says 'The County court' There should be a court name (usually this is Northampton County Court) and a claim number. If you aren't sure, you can phone the court to check or phone National Debtline on 0808 808 4000 and ask them Take the number (there should be a number on it) phone Northampton Court tomorrow (By google not their number)and see if its real.
